Hey Guys !! I would say instead of having attested by someone make GAD,HRD attestation by NRI & Law dept at your state Secretariat and apostille by Ministry of external affairs
so that the certificate is valid all over the world

My son's B.tech will be completed in June or July and only then he will be getting degree passing certificate. Then when he can apply for MS in Germany for next nearest intake? As for September intake it's required to apply in Jan or Feb I think.

That means they intake only 25 students for the particular course, for eg they will have 25 seats alloted to the progrm Ms.Mech engg. So he is saying no of applicants will be more than the no of seats allocated.
