  • This video shows a snapshot of myriad culture of Jaunsar Bawar at Delhi Mahotsav 2012 organised by JBTWS Delhi on January 22.01.2012. It takes us through various types of melodious songs, rhythmic dances and spot comedy acts. Khajan Dutt Sharma (Village Desou), renowned singer and lyricist of Jaunsar Bawar, ably pioneered efforts of Team alongwith T D Joshi (Village Mundhan) and other members, in providing wholesome entertainment. T D Joshi extended subtle lead to Harul song and dance performance.
Team also enchanted audience to bouts of laughter with superb sense of humour and great timing during the spot-live-comedy show called Khelute. In this, Matber Chauhan (Village Rawna), Pratap Chauhan (Village Rikhad) and others came out with hilarious performances as also exhibiting ethnic tools such as Kakiyathi-Top.
Enjoy the excellent song and dance of Bheetara-Ki-Naati. Singers led by Mr Khajan Sharma, formed customary ring whereas dancers took to floor.

A surprise package is Tanda ko Geet song which Khajan Dutt especially wrote for the occasion. Group dance during Tanda ko Geet is known for clean steps matched to unique singing, conventionally performed without musical instruments.
At the end a brief performance of Thandkiya geet on one of the all time superhit song from Jaunsar Bawar.

A well rounded package of rich culture of Jaunsar Bawar available in this video clip has been nicely captured by Naveen Sharma(Village-Mairawna).
