okay so there are 2 girls in this trailer which represents the 2 girl characters in the webtoon:
first is sooha= locked up, wearing that red cardigan
& selen= one with lip piercing, and the girl that "saved" them on the beach and was with them all throughout the trailer. shes also wearing a brownish top.
sooha is the reincarnation of selen in the webtoon, selen was the princess that turned the boys into vampires, the boys were her knights & protectors when she was still alive. now in present day, selen managed to be alive again while existing alongside sooha (her supposed reincarnation) & based on this trailer selen is posing as sooha to reclaim her knights which are the boys.
if u noticed in the end, it says "DARK MOON: Two Moons", which is think is pertaining to Sooha & Selen as the 2 moons.

@nehadasgupta1944 Me and other Engenes have the theory that the first half up until she falls in the snow in the dark blood concept trailer was Sooha.. and then after she falls, she looks up at someone but we don't see who she saw.. so we think it was Selen who she looked up at, and we think maybe then Selen took Sooha and put her in the house where we see her through a window in Orange Blood Concept trailer.. so after that, Selen is pretending to be Sooha.. up until she finally reveals she's not Sooha but Selen when she takes Sunoo and bites him..

In the end during credits, there’s a letter to sunghoon from sooha written in german. And they’re translating that in twitter and some other more theories, like this is a prequel of the dark blood con trailer etc lol

Btw, there's a letter at the end. Ppl translated it. And it was abt sooha asking sunghoon to bring all his brothers in that ocean to revive them but all along they're not with sooha, it wasnt sooha, it was selen (sooha is the reincarnation of selen, and the latter is the evil ver of her)... sooha, for the whole time, was actually locked up in the house.

Maybe this comeback tells about when Enhypen was reincarnated where they were still confused about their powers and coincidentally they were pure vampires where if they were exposed to the sun they wouldn't Burning, that's the explanation in the webtoon. And in the webtoon at the end of the eps they show Selen and Sooha meeting (actually Sooha is Selen who was reincarnated when Selen was a princess because she was attacked by vampires,But it's strange that Selen and Sooha meet even though they are the same character. Either Selen comes from the past to the future when enha dont have power anymore)
