The description about Heeseung is so on point. He really know when and where to hit hard in the part of the choreography combined with his facial expression, he creates a vivid image like telling a story. And ni-ki, for his age is no doubt a dance prodigy. My eyes are on them, no wonder. Even without official positions both would really pass as mains.

It’s actually Ga Hun Lee (@leglhi) who is the main choreographer. Mr. Sun is the overall performance director of HYBE, so he may have had some contribution but not their primary. Nick Joseph who did 3J’s Megan Thee Stallion Butter choreography also contributed some moves to Tamed-Dashed. Both choreographer posted about it on their instagram.

as a dancer myself, i just find the way he dances so SATISFYING bcuz of all the flavour and dynamics he expresses when connecting his movements (not to mention his beautiful lines!). unfortunately, i feel like heeseung's artistry often get overlooked by engenes, so it's nice to see a performer like yourself commending him :))
there are lots of antis and toxic solo stans saying that heeseung “overdances” and he doesn’t “blend well” with the group. as someone who watches him dance since iland, i think it’s just his dancing style (he executes the step powerfully but sharp).
it makes me sad that people hate on him for literally doing his best in every performance,.. but while i was watching jeff praise heeseung with his skills i feel so relieved knowing that a professional performer recognizes heeseung’s dancing style and talent. 🥺

They should be happy Heeseung is the ace, because for all I know Hee's the only ace that is underappreciated.
This is why solo stans should just lay low because other solo stans would not hold back to protect their biases.

the choreographer was son sung deuk, aka bts's choreographer. He had a mini reaction over on a hybe artists channel to the mv together with wonderkid who produced tamed-dashed, where he talked about the process and said that the lyrics played more part in the choreo and the little nuances in the music rather than the big sounds we hear.

Thank you so much for praising our Ace Heeseung ^^ I agreed to everything you said regarding his dancing. Heeseung knows when to go hard and when to be smooth and groovy. And as a dancer myself, I admire his dancing abilities so much. He knows how to channelize his energy and it shows every single time. His biggest plus point is how he embodies the moves, feels them, and adjusts himself to the lyrics of the song and delivers what it's asking for. His dancing attract eyes undoubtedly.

I love random extra points like the way Jake & Sunghoon always do their head/neck thing during the second half of the chorus in Tamed-Dashed (e.g. 5:44), they just move it a bit more intensely than the others on that part and it makes that move hit even harder. Also the way Ni-ki & Jungwon get up from the bending down part when Sunoo is at the front, they add an extra flare with their shoulder & head movement when they get up which I love.
Heeseung is the second tallest member i think, and Ni-Ki ofc the first tallest member. and yes, please more pay attention to Heeseung. 🖤

Enhypen choreography never disappoint, also how the boys dance its legit no bias they are so so good, the power, synchronization, smoothness, everything is in them, all main dancers.
Thank you for pointing out that dancing powerful does NOT equal overdancing. That applies to Heeseung but also to every dancer and kpop idols out there, a lot of people either mistake dancing powerfully with overdancing (and it is NOT the same thing, just go watch kpop dance terminology vids) or just use it as an excuse to throw shade on some people, which is totally disgusting.
