So amazing of you to open up about therapy. I mean it is never a must but it helps to normalize it. During high school I was in therapy for one year and it helped so much with everything I had going on. I am still thankful for that experience because it has an impact on how I live today. And I have thought multiple times to do it again, not because I am unhappy, but because I know how much it helped to tackle life. I hope you have a helpful experience. ❤

Sissel I used the hair dye all the time. It’s also nice. But you get a better result from maria Nila colors. And it washes out. No bleach just a glossing. ☺️ try it. It’s so good for the hair as well

@@sisselab oh yeah! These days girls come to the ER because of urticaria/angioedema as a response to the hair dyeing. So it is safer to test it everytime we use it.

유럽은 성당도 엄청 화려하게 짓고 건축물도 예술품도 엄청나게 거대하고 화려하죠.
한국사람들은 대부분 소박한 성향입니다. 깨끗한걸 좋아하고 옜날에는 주로 거의 흰색옷만 입었죠.
건축물도 화려하게 짓기보다는 자연과 친화적인 건축물을 주로 지었음.
서양은 건축물 되게 정제해서 다듬어서 가공해서 짓지만 ㅡ 한국 한옥보면 나무를 잘라서 곧게 잘라서 짓는게 아니고 구불구불한 나무 형태 그대로 그런 나무를 뼈대로 사용합니다.
그러니 서양사람이고 한국사람이고 한옥에 들어가면 뭔가 아늑하고 자연적으로 느낌.
서양건축물처럼 막 화려하고 그런건 없지만.. 사람의 내면을 차분하게 만들어주는게 한옥의 장점이 아닌가 싶습니다. 절대 자연을 거스리고 짓는 건축물이 아니고 자연과 융화되게 ...자연속에 파묻히게 만드는게 한옥임. 요즘은 대량으로 아파트 높은 건축물을 마구 짓는게.. 안타까움. 엤날의 모습을 많이 잃어감..

the hair color turned out nice!! But speaking from experience box dye is just not worth it.. it really ruins your hair! It took me 3+ years for my hair to grow out to the normal color after using box die for a year. After the color fades it still leaves your hair lightened and for me that was a sad orangish moment until it grew out (I was dirty blond box dyed brown). Even professional dye wouldn’t hold for long cuz of the box dye lightener :(
