I know at the end of your video you will probably give a breakdown of the expenses like last time. Are the materials costs more expensive than when you built your beautiful house???

Yes it is more expensive for materials and labor. We our doing it ourselves so we have no contractor so we are saving money there just extra headaches.

I hope White Sand doesn't mean calcium sand ?
Cakcium sand makes the worst and weakest concrete ever.
