is it worth visiting Amman in December ?
This is a very pleasant time to visit Jordan. December is the start of the winter season in Jordan, with temperatures plummeting and rain and snow often falling throughout the country. However, this is a quiet time to visit, so sites may be empty.

Petra is not in Amman. We did include Petra in our Jordan country video :)
