The problem with this is the overlay is most likely accessing the game's memory in order to get your character's position on the map, and Kuro may have issues with that as most cheating in games are done through memory manipulation. The overlay currently might be quite simple and not hurting anyone in anyway, but it quickly can develop into something monstrosity like in FF14 where you have XIVLauncher and dalamund plugins and so on, where you can literately achieve botting levels of functionalities, like auto crafting for example. I actually wanted to make something that can track your character's progress and other info like your pulling rates, achievements tracker, display cards and so on a while ago, but kuro doesnt provide official APIs to get your account info, which left the only way to get those info would be reading the game's memory, and it's usually a big no no for companies
The possible issue might be in how this tool gains the live data about the location of your character and the enemies. It will most likely be done by accessing the game data in the memory, what most games do not allow that.
there are many games that are heavily reliant on 3rd party apps. Maybe its not the norm in asian games, but games like Elite Dangerous are borderline unplayable without the use of a 3rd party app or judicious use of a spreadsheet.
imo they wouldnt ban it as other overlays doesnt get banned from the developers of other games (valorant etc..) and since this only gives you information and doesnt giveyou gameplay advantage like better rates in gacha they wouldnt ban it
honestly this is 3rd party app since u need to open the wuwa to activate the app and like u said its just like in web i mean u can open them without wuwa game open and the app tracking u the character its totally they accessing the wuwa files to work properly and thats a breaching
@@Void_DPS but Gacha inherently limit progress on purpose (thus, stamina). Can’t see trying too hard as anything but wasted effort. But I guess people play how they want to play. I’m just voicing my concern since I know how much it slows down after reaching max level. I used to do the same when I first played Gacha but have since chilled out about progress.
@usmansubhani7482 I understood what you ment but like you said ppl play how they want, in which there's nothing wrong with it, personally I do it in this game to help lower level players
I wish they condemn everything that facilitate the grinding especially, that's like cheating basically since you're not relying on the stuff provided to you from the game only and your skills and researching about the game
Would you try this Wuthering Waves App and why?!
I rather use the screenshots or youtubeGuides for maps just to be safe.

Would make no sense to approve a 3rd-party app.
If they think it's a cool and helpful idea they would just implement it themselves.

mints beware
No thanks. Not worth the risk

Why don’t you just use the loot mapper the game provides you????
Do it work for iOS
Why would you need that? This isn’t an MMO. Levelling faster gets you nothing important and there is no race to level up.
Because they want to.
Ikr you can beat hologram stuff at level 70
I want absolute power 💪, lvling faster doesn't mean ppl are racing some just want to get as strong as possible as fast as possible that's all
