I am not a chef just a home cook. I will be making simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make from other channels and online sites and will make it and give it a try.

I made this many years ago, but I would put thin slices of potato and onion on bottom of pan add the seasoned pork chops and a bag of frozen mixed vegetables add 2 cans of mushroom soup and a little bit of milk lots of pepper and a sprinkle of salt. My son's loved, they make for thier children today when they come to visit .we love it going to try your recipe. Thank you Debbie have a wonderful day. ❤🙏💞

@@kjones7974 Actually it is a Burgundy color but it is a Pioneer Woman mixing bowl set that my son gave me last Christmas. He bought it at Walmart.
I like all of my meat WELL DONE, so I'll probably cook my chops first, them add the cream of mushroom and stuffing towards the end. This sounds like a tasty recipe.
You could sear the chops first. The chops were well done in this. Thank you for watching.
if Seared off chops then baked them covered alone in dish(same dish you will use for finished cass) for 30-45mins@375°/400° first then finished building the casserole as described you could def get the desired tender/doneness you seek.

Hi! I intend to make this recipe too, but I want to substitute the cream of mushroom with cream of celery soup. But I just want you to know that I appreciate you sharing this great video! This recipe looks very simple! I also am adding some onions, bell pepper, and celery in the stove top mix, alon with potatoes...I saw a guy do his different.

Todays's Pork Chops only need to be cooked to 145°. Old school said to cook pork till well done.

@@debbieskitchen2 what I meant was the space was so small I could only see half of the bowl and dish.
Anyway mine is in the oven now. Will be able to serve it in about 20 min.
@@uninutcolvard8933 Sorry. I have limited space. I have a very small kitchen. This is an older video and I have figured out how to film better since. I always explain step by step what I am doing and I didn't realize I hadn't put the recipe in the description. It is in there now.
