Never knew there was a clear rinse... you learn something new everyday
Back in the 90s we used to use Jazzing clear rinse to make our short cuts shine like Toni Braxton and Halle Berry’s hair.
I started doing a clear gloss rinse every 3 months after seeing Tierra J do it and baby, Talk About Shine ✨💎✨. I’ve always struggles with dull, lifeless hair ,even at its healthiest , but my blow outs are no joke now. My hair looks so damn good. 🙌🏽

@@krenee984 Hell Yeah. I only blow dry every 3 months because my ends are bad and need frequent trims but even when in protective styles my hair looks way shinier than without.

I used to use this a lottttt when my hair was bleached, filled up my strands and made them stronger and actually able to hold moisture

I was just wandering if could use it on my color treated hair
yes to both of you it’s just a clear rinse, it fills in your strands more. I noticed after using semi permanent dyes (which do the same thing but with colour) I got the same result but as it faded a little after washes I could use the clear over it again when I felt it getting dryer/weaker again for the same feeling

Used to get them back in the 90's on relaxed hair in high school part of college. Natural 4c now. Totally for got about it.

I have low porosity hair and just tried it... didn't have too use the full bottle but I'm loving the results. I have bsl 4a bleached hair... my hair is fine tho so maybe that's why I didn't need the whole bottle.

Yep, old school trick Actually. I've done this as a teen back in the 90s, when I'd color my hair wild colors. I learned my auntie who did hair. I'm glad this is still being shared.

I understand you because there was a period and even now where ppl forgotten or stop caring about the wealth (life, health and importance) of ppl hair.. Now, with wig wearing etc ppl have stop doing a lot.. A rinse or clear rinse is beneficial for the hair..

That’s exactly why I do rinses. It fills the holes in your hair I have high porosity hair and it helps sooooo much.

Oh man I had a clear rinse or cellophane done years ago on my relaxed hair. I do a black rinse with every relaxer but this is old school. I think it was Sebastian! My stylist did it but I have not used it in years! Will be bringing it back in rotation for 2021! We will get you to a million for January!

I had relaxed hair like over 13 years ago and I’d get a rinse from my stylist every couple weeks and my hair was growing so much, like it was growing like crazy. I would love to see the outcome of this product used on 4c hair because it tends to be challenged with dryness.
If you hair is dry you need to moisturise and hydrate. Like literally moisture train your hair. Leave in conditioning spray daily and Deep moisture conditioner weekly with heat.

In this case, what you're suggesting is the equivalent of saying "that temporary color came out right on her hair texture, but will it work on 4c?" A clear rinse is a rinse without the color. It works on any hair texture. 🤗.

Depends on where you start. She had some of that shine before the rinse though. The rinse intensified it, not created it.

My props to you for being consistent on what you recommend and what you do. I've watched several videos and on one you said that you only passed by heat once on hair.
