Bit of a controversial opinion. Fortnite fans really need to be more patient. If fans are getting this pissed off over an update delay of a few hours, then they shouldn't even get the right to play it.
I've watched games get delayed for years. 4 Hours is so little and pathetic for us to be complaining about.

It was 22 hours, but I’m not complaining I actually do stuff other than playing fortnite
I feel that, but at the same time many FN players are adults, and season release is probably the most fun and exciting time (first win, everyone is exploring and discovering together). Many people took the day off, or cleared time to play with thier friends, so i can understand why. Me and my brother in law both took the day off work to play. So that was pretty frustrating
waiting years for a release is different though

Medusa is my favorite personally. I like her style and her Eye effect style makes her cool to look at in the lobby.
The thing about the lightning bolt is if you are playing duo’s your teammate can just apply pressure to the enemy so they miss there shots or panic build
Also the new shotgun is trash in my opinion unless they vault the frenzy
yeah the frenzy is wayyyyyyyyyyy too overpowered. And there is never a reason to have three different shotguns in the lootpool.
Vault the sniper while they're at it too. Thing makes the dmr worthless much like the frenzy to the gatekeeper.@@remrants

The leaked content that we have for this season is epic and we now are in the Midas update and it is peak
As you said there is a lot of potential, tbh last season had a lot of potential too but didn't got even close to it, I'd say this season has had a good start but needs much more change to be satisfying
imo, is frustating they kept the frenzy auto shotgun, it doesn't have a place on the game specially when the cerberus shotgun is more fun to use and more balanced.
i just wish the mythics werent on ranked, and the zeus mythic to not go through builds, im fine if it destroys them i guess, but is so annoying to deal with when it does damage through builds and structures like houses.

New shotgun is just wild and nasty i love it, but they missed SUPER hard with Hades in my opinion.
I like the new POIs for what they are and all that but the first week of the season isnt even over yet so let em cook some more

Honestly imo Aphrodite is my least favorite skin from the pass hades or Artemis is my favorite followed third with Cerberus

Artemis is the best skin, I do agree, and I think Aphrodites's cool but her regular style is generic and her pink style'e cool but none of her accessories are good (Except her emote and maybe her glider)

Posiedon is the best. Fortnire big time trolled the community on that one. Everybody thought we were getting Atlantis in chapter 2 and posiedon and then bam aqua man and coral castle. And then they thought we were gonna actually get it this time and bam no Atlantis and posioden is a meme skin 🤣 I love it. Plus it actually looks pretty clean so can't complain there

What about the Medallions? Bit surprised you left those out considering how huge they are to this season.
oops. Well, I like them a lot more than last season. After the nerf, they were hardly worth picking up. This season you can pick which one you drop at depending on your playstyle. I really like the variety.

The battle pass imo is weak. If you just look at the weapon wraps, literally all of them are black and gold which is extremely lazy. I love good weapon wraps so this brings it down for me.
The new shotgun feels weird, I cannot aim well with it for some weird reason, maybe it’s the fear of missing shots because of the 3 shells per mag.
The new AR is fucking goated. Love it more than the striker.
The new smg is better than the hyper smg, but still gets beat by the war forged ar close range.
Wings are good for map rotation. But not a good mobility item as you’ll instantly get shot down and you cannot use it to push weakened players.
DMR is a good option if you can hit shots.
Map changes are good, love the Olympus area. Wish they made changes to the lavish lair and the snowy parts. That side is hella depressing for me so I don’t like going there
Cry and cry more about it. If people don't like it play something else

One of the best passes ever, I'm sorry you are blinded by nostalgia but you can't ever bring back pre covid era and you need to suck up to it
