Here are a few tips:
Explore the maps more, both the city and around the HHBF establishment, there is a lot to discover.
To get rid of the shadow person, throw something at them.
Interact with the mascots in the establishment, especially the creepy farmer one.
Look for little blue markers, they have tape like things under them and you have missed a lot.
