For those of us who probably didn't know the difference:
Coconut Water/Juice is just the liquid found inside the coconut.
Coconut Milk is made by shredding the meat inside the coconut, boiling it, and straining it.
Coconut Oil is made by taking the meat inside the coconut and squeezing it.

For young coconuts you can just cut the bottom or peel the husk off and find a soft spot at the bottom to the coconut to get into the water
The Gadget at 7:30 is probably used best when you make two holes and put both bottle caps in . The other hole should eliminate the pressure while pouring in. So its faster
