Thanks for covering this aread. It's huge potential to grow but lacks proper township planning from PMC PMC / state govt should do proper township planning and improve road connectivities. All big builders just talk about proposed dp road but you have shown actually road conditions. The vitthal mandir chowk is becoming bottle neck point. lack of basic infrastructures would lead it into messy area

Our decision we kept on hold just because of this roads and uncertainty about total connectivity. People who are not from Pune but like pride world city, it's very difficult to understand this connectivity and issues ,future plans etc.

Yes, that's true. The planning and execution by PCMC seem to be better than PMC. However, it's essential to understand that PMC is the older municipal corporation, established in 1950, primarily covering the old city area of Pune. In contrast, PCMC was established in 1982, with a focus on providing better infrastructure to MIDCs and the outer parts of the city, where land acquisition and development are more feasible.
However, PMC should also update its approach and development philosophy, particularly given the inclusion of many new areas within its jurisdiction. PMC is now the largest municipal corporation in Maharashtra, in terms of area.

Project ko banane se pehle developer ko road ki planning and construction pe dhyan dena chahiye. Aur aisi jagah par feeder bus ke jariye metro connectivity bhi honi chahiye.
Absolutely sahi baat hai! Road infrastructure aur public transportation connectivity kisi bhi location ke liye bahut mahatvapurn hai.
Yeh sirf residents ke liye hi suvidha janak nahi hota, balki us location ki overall value ko bhi prabhavit karta hai. iss par dhyan diya jana chahiye.

Sirji ...mein yeh dhanori area mein flat dekh rah tha Kohinoor,niyati and PWC dekha...but jaisa yaha ke raste hai koi IT park bhi nahi hai fir bhi rates bahut high hai.

Upper kharadi is much better than dhanori. Road connectivity, road width is very good
Humare neend kai baar goliyo ke aawaz se Khulti hai. Army tank aab bhe chalte hai aur kabhi kabhi ammunition testing late night hotta hai magar kaafi deep jungle me hotta hai

Lovely trip SaudaGhar ! I enjoyed the ride. The surroundings have a huge potential, if only better road connectivity is developed. There are no big public parks and water bodies nearby. What about big shopping malls and hospitals ?

You've made a great point about the area's potential. Dhanori, Lohegaon and Charholi Budruk have a lot of open land due to defense land, which is a positive aspect. However, there are challenges like the lack of good roads and not much planned infrastructure & no proposed metro line. These factors can impact the overall development of these locations.
At present, there are no major multi-speciality hospitals or large shopping malls in the vicinity.
To make things better, authorities need to focus on improving the roads, getting the proposed metro line in place, and making sure the spine road and nearby ring road work on fast track, which will provide good connectivity. You are absolutely right, but there are two things to consider. first, the car’s speed is 20-30 Kmph, so using the sunroof poses negligible risk. Second, we are not standing through the sunroof to make the video, instead, we use a mounted camera gimbal, which is operated from within.
we will be focusing on a multi-camera setup in future videos.

PMC sabase ghatiya municipal corporation hain. Even a small town has good roads than Lohgaon and Dhanori. The MLA keeps posting about new roads survey and all on Twitter but not even a single road has completed in these area

No future since last 10 years. It's been neglected by PMC. No new roads / gardens / PMC facilities forget about old dp road. The main road ( lohegaon vishrantwadi) become swimming pool during monsoon days.
