This is a great book helps you understand polyrhythms to the extent that you can resolve them into music. It also helps you understand Virgil Donati ideas more and a lot of the progressive metal bands out there today . You can incorporate these innovative ideas to playing to a much higher platform. The only thing that's stopping you is your imagination great job Aaron for any drummer to learn this magic.

I have to say again I've been from time to time going back to your book and I love how you progressively not just show us different beats give us a method so we can develop our own. The expanded awareness open ideas definitely open up a continuous learning doorway to create interesting mathematical ideas by making polyrhythm creativity come alive. And by learning to count and understanding Indian rhythms and how I respect there culture there rhythmatic understanding is way ahead of ours thank you again .
