Smashing performance from Richard...
Casefile lead me here. Psycho
Ron Rousey just listened and can't believe how awkward he is
@@gloriaous Criticize his writing and he gets even more awkward - which you will only realize if you survive his response
Me too!!!!
Matthew Levy, a true crime podcast. There was an episode about Richard....
Matthew Levy yeah he stalked one lady for a long time. Then when a teenage girl wrote a bad review for his book, he found out where she worked, took a train to that city and smashed her head with a wine bottle.
Disengage - Exactly what a stalker should do!
4:15 When you think "I've lost anyway, so bugger it" 😁
I thought you played really good Richard, please don’t hit me!
Just don't turn your back
@@ForgotMyOrange you'll be fine, you're an orange. So long as it's not grapes
Gotta love Casefile
Yep just half way through. Wanted to see his made up word. So was the IT crowd tenetenba episode based on this or did he bade himself on Richard Ayoade
Casefile led me here
GANDISEE. What? This is hilarious.
SALONEEN
GaNdiSeE
looking for this!
GANDISEEG!!!!!
Hahahaha 😁
I think he meant 'Gandhi's seed' - although the context might be a little disturbing...
Is John ok?
Damn. Richard fucking blew it.
5:24: I miss Jeff's wit. Great presenter.
S-s-s-sallo..sallonee... Saloneen? 🤦♂️
Why don't hey ask the audience for the missed conundrum anymore? They do have a live audience here, don't they?
Jemppu No, they still do.
Jemppu they still do it. They stopped it temporarily in this series but it returned in the next series
Because if they got it right Richard would have leapt out of his seat and bottled them
4:15 The anagram should have been AGINGSEED.
@mcpartridgeboy Yes but if you weigh up GBs academic achievements against hers...never mind. By saying what you're saying, you're saying there is no way she can be smart when she is blond and good looking. Good on you champ, keep up that oppressive nature!!!
4:06
9*(10-1)=81
81*8=648
648+5=653
Surely that's a lot easier ?!
1:15 it's a bit obscure, but no one sees ANNULOSE for eight and it's almost in order on the board
That's valid in scrabble but not countdown
Seems like a lovely bloke
Better now Jimmy carr hosts this
I had a few solutions for the numbers puzzle other than Rachel's. They're all just different versions of the fundamentally same sum:
9 x 4 = 36
10 + 8 = 18
36 x 18 = 648
648 + 5 = 653
9 x 8 = 72
10 - 1 = 9
72 x 9 = 648
648 + 5 = 653
10 - 1 = 9
9 x 9 = 81
81 x 8 = 648
648 + 5 = 653
8*9 = 72
10-1 = 9
72 * 9 = 648
648 + 5 = 653
you also could have done -
8*9 = 72
10-1 = 9
72 * 9 = 648
5 + 648 = 653
I thought Richard won...
CASEFILE said he won!
He won his original appearance, this is a special "championship of champions" show. He was very much going downhill by this point.
He was an octochamp then came back for champion of champions lost badly by making up words. Ended up with lowest score ….. the rest is history.
@@dr.cookies3199 haha yep, they mentioned in on the Casefile episode lol
this show should have been scrapped after richard died, he was the show #1 ! noone can replace him but replacing carol as well just plain takes the biscit
Differernt strokes for different folks. I had to mute the picture so that I didn't have to watch the bad outfits, horrible sets with hot pink stripes, and the insanely boring guests. Carol was a fawning, subservient to a male chauvinist pig of a man. The 'tv-wife' persona was nauseating.
So, life goes on.
@@jzthompson9598 yeah, women like dominating men, nothing new about that, granted we all have to pretend they dont now so that young men have to find out the hard way, wich utterly fuicks tehir lives up and doesnt harm women who still date abusive dominant men , but insist they like the exact opposite and insist others lie too ! your probably one of them !
@@mcpartridgeboy I'd engage you in a battle of wits, but, alas, I see you are unarmed.
A pity.
@@jzthompson9598 dont do a stupid one, of course i have it otherwise why wouldnt i go on a show like coundown ? huh ? areyou some kind of sillyone ?
WTF where is carol who is that bimbo ?? that show went down hill after richard passed away !!! i knew he was holding the whole show together
This might just be the most boring gameshow ever.
Yeah but it does show off a lot of skill.
@@redpred3502 well, I'd be blessed if what it is was savants. But actually it is just our ability to hyper focus on special interessts. And some of us, not all, have numbers and letters as special interessts. Hyper focusing is an autistic gift giving us the ability to concentrate on one subject for more than 3 hours without a break. We hyper study it, giving us knowledge about the subject. The knowledge doesn't come by itself, but I understand how it could be missunderstood as savants. Also the hyperfocusing can be negative in how we handle critique in our fav subjects. Allthough Richards attack on a woman cus of critique is not excusable with autism. I do feel a small fraction of empathy to him. Way more for the victim. He needs psychiatric help.
Contestants can get rowdy
