My baby is 8 weeks now and a bit calmer than when she was just born, but she'd scream when waking up, scream when breastfeeding (not enough or too much), scream when taking a bath, scream when getting a diaper change, scream when getting dressed, scream when in the stroller, scream if we put her on her belly, scream if she was too tired or bored. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with her :) so although this video presents a reality for some, most babies are nothing like this calm little girl.
i just got a baby girl almost two weeks ago and all she does is sleep,i even have to wake her up to feed her. she only cries a little bit when is diaper change and dress up time. she is such a good baby. so i really believe there is baby this quite and there is baby that scream all the time. i have seen it.. im just glad i have a nice one 😍

StotSie My son is like this. Very calm, never cried unless I didn't read his cues fast enough which was hardly ever. He's still the same now at 10 months old lol
I think the montage is beautiful, really! but it makes me laugh a little bit. This is NOT representative at all. Where is the poop, the bags under the eyes...I mean I think this is not a real day in a life. I'm sorry, my opinion.

I hope other Mom's are not watching this and comparing their lives to this. When I first started to watch this video, I began to think I was doing something wrong. Why was my life not like this with my newborn?! I'm sleep deprived and struggling to do daily chores let alone keep up with my own CZcams channel. And then I started to come back down to reality... and this is just not what having a newborn is like... I understand glamorizing it a little bit for CZcams, but this is so far off from how hard it is to adjust taking care of your new bundle of joy. It's grueling, tough, and also rewarding at the same time.
Wow how perfect lol my newborn wakes me up every morning by screaming because she's hungry so I tiredly walk to get her a bottle from the fridge with bags underneath my eyes, and hair all scattered. You pretty much just woke up all put together and perfect. Tell me your secret.
Baby will never need to be woken up newborns are like non stop batteries they wake u up and you don't get time to do hair and makeup .Tummy time on a baby that small plz ! No crying either ... must be magic baby that just falls alseep.Ya i am bitter but these types of videos are why i got such a shock as a new mum its cute but its not real life.
my first born was extremly easy baby! barely cried at all! slept 6 hrs at 2 weeks at night. then more and more from there. he is now little over 2. sleeps 12 hrs at night and 3 to 4 hrs at noon. almost daily! and yes i work. babysitters love it. always same every day. as soon as its 12pm he runs upstairs himself begging for nap.some kids are just extremly easy. and he is one healthy behaved little boy. expecting second one soon so we see if its the same good gene. but for some it may be unlealistic for others its can be similar. dont be too quick to judge. its her day.
My baby cries all through the day..i need to see someone with my same situation and having tricks to making the day more barrable, less tiring and hope i wont have these crying problems forever! I feel bad for my child like no matter what i do he seems in pain or always irritable..and seems like he only gets a good 20min.-1hr. Sleep..3hrs. On a good day ;)
I really hope that no first time mom to be looks at this video and think this is how life is going to be with a newborn, cause if they do they are in for the shock of their life.
