    What happens if your fan is good, and the thermostat fan switch is good, but when you jump the thermostat switch wire, the fan doesn’t kick on?

      The upper hose of the radiator leads in to thermostat on most 99% cars.
      Lower hose is return
      So the big thick (30-40mm) hose , where it ends in your engine is the housing of the thermostat

    My fan does start on 98°C what could be the problem ?

      you have a radiator fan switch that has a high "Coming-on" temperature. you can buy a switch with a lower temperature to make it work sooner rather than later when the coolant is near to boiling.
