      After that constitution has provided right to free legal justice too for poor ppl
      And all human are greedy and try to earn money if lawyers does that so why ppl criticize them ...who are serving free no one because money is everything so why not lawyer charges fees ??

    Well explained. But our judicial system for various reason is highly lethargic. Justice delayed is justice denied..So think 10 times before approaching the Court.

    28 years is too long and unreasonable a time period. No wonder the case outlives the person . The SC has yday said that the judges cannot give " tareek pe tareek " anymore. That will percolate down to the HC and District courts.

    Yes you have explained it well but still confusing.
    If the judgment from lower courts are over ruled by upper courts since they are not as per the law or rules then why there’s no punishment for passing a wrong judgement?
    The advocate arguing that case to a wrong judgement inspite there’s laws are not punished?
    So why our legal system is so corrupt that the victim is punished even by courts? Who’s responsible?
    Conclusion or awareness in this is if you are willing to spend money by hiring expensive advocates can do everything they wish.

    एक अफसाना बेगम नाम की महिला के पास वर्ष 1999 मे 6 एकड कृषि भूमि थी जिसका आधा
    हिस्सा हमने उससे वर्ष 1999 मे खरीदा। इस तरह से उक्त 6 एकड जमीन अफसाना बेगम और
    मेरे नाम पर संयुक्त रूप से चल रही है । अभी हमारा बंटवारा नही हुआ। अब हम मे से यदि कोई एक
    हिस्सेदार अपना हिस्सा बेंचना चाहता है तो क्या दूसरे हिस्सेदार से परमीशन लेनी पड़ेगी ?

    This is an important topic. At 2:36 respective sir, you mentioned, property bati Hui hai .. please clarify what does it mean as based on that the entire video is dependent. Is it that that property divided in two brothers or did their father divided the property in two parts wherein individual brothers were independent owners or was it that the property was UNDIVIDED and one of the co owner sold his share without a partition deed.
    Secondly, if a purchaser purchases an undivided land from one, can the purchaser register such transactions by paying stamp duty of registration.
    At the registrar office. I have seen this happen and wonder how the government accepted the fees where the land stands undivided without a partition suit.. very strange and confusing. Thank u

    What I could gather from the meaning of Ancestral Property is the property inherited by the litigant from his father (who acquired it from his own resources and not inherited). And what is that upto 4 generation including the litigant, in this regard ?

    It’s now high time that the judiciary of India should consider that it has its own ethical duty to expedite the court process to match with the times. It is not fair to punish the believers of the judicial system. With decreased life span of individuals of this country , Judicial system should realize that there is an immediate need to expedite the court process.
    People started believing outside court settlements are more beneficial that means there is an increase trend of belief that Courts are not efficient to handle the present situation of issues, property or marital matters related to the citizens of India. Need is to match with the advanced times we are living now.

    My late grandfather has no will and he has 2 son with 2 daughter.Daughters don't have objection in newly built house for a particular plot but younger brother is creating ruckus for the plot.He wants share. But he has already got a similar plot at other place with much higher valuation.
    1.Can sisters relinquish deed with big brother or gift deed with nephew to avoid future civil suit consequences ?
    2.Does it require all co owners consent to transfer ownership from aunt to father ?

    Govt. Value is always lower than market, it shd be on market value.
    No simplification, only make difficult to public, my question, either no sales right to family members only to use, but once they divide this property than individual right naturally prevails.
