You can actually hear a difference in how the eastern and western instruments sound. Its eye opening to hear the difference of the Erhu (the chinese violin instrument) and the violin. Great cover makes me want to hear both live in a sort of call and response deal.

Ayo i just watched the video about the guy who played zhongli's theme with an Erhu, and i gotta say some parts are better than the violin. While on some heavy parts of the song, the violin sounds better. So with this, i just wanted to see a collab of a violin x erhu player playing zhongli's theme.
if you meant the dude who played in class, I feel like his tune is a bit off. You should def check out actual covers, especially the one with the chinese drum accompanying the erhu
I cant find the cmnt i was looking for but, erhu has a more earthly, weeping sound and ancient feel, which suits perfectly this character. of course, both instruments are beautiful. erhu has the added charm of sounding like a flute, at the same time as a stringed instrument (even ik what erhu is i thought it was a flute before i realized it was erhu)
I got him off my last 10 pull. I skipped the entire Rosaria banner to save up for him, it was totally worth it. Now I barely take any dmg, but dish out loads! (Let me know if you got him!)

Timestamps with glissando include 0:02, 0:09, 0:15, 0:22, 0:29 (even though there wasn't much), 0:39, 0:41 (a little subtle), 0:43, 0:49, 1:02, 1:09, 1:32, 1:33, 1:37, 1:38 and 1:40 .
