- Cardano is one of the most decentralized blockchains ever based on EDI's decentralization metrics for consensus mechanism and tokenomics. While this metric dashboard is new, Cardano is doing something right when it comes to decentralization of an L1. The blockchain is doing this through its SPOs, staking mechanism, and tokenomics.

The Cardano blockchain is the one that best solves the crypto "trilemma" problem. Cardano also has the best staking method (retaining custody) and has NEVER gone down yet, unlike several other blockchains that shall remain nameless. Those who are patient are going to be rewarded nicely. DCA, Stake and Hodl.

Right now, the maturity of the crypto innovation out there currently doesn't value or require decentralization.
As we move forward into global adoption, and real world value on chains, the academic scientific method Cardano took will become in highest demand. Everyone hold tight for a few years
I sort of agree with this too and have been postulating that as people make more money this cycle, I bet they move into more decentralized and secure assets

Very true. All other chains are just glorified spread sheets no problems are being solved no innovation is taking place.
Blockchain trilemma is the problem that needs to be solved that's were the innovation is and the rest of the space are not coming up with the answers.

I think that because whole countries have adopted Cardano and that many people actually earn a living playing games that reward with Cardano that it is the most decentralized. What I don't understand is whether it is a coin or a token or what the difference is. Also not sure whether to stake from my Coinbase account or my hard wallet and how to do that with the hard wallet. Oh wait my trezor 1 will not accept Cardano !! Guess I have to get another wallet?
You can stake your ADA on a hot wallet like Nami, Eternl, or Vesper. All of these make staking really easy and you earn more rewards than staking through Coinbase. Coinbase takes a fee.
