First of all thanks for the great overview and tutorial! I am looking to getting this mixer but will be only recording 3 mics initially but may add other sources later. Is it possible to select specific inputs to record in multitrack or will it always record all inputs including unused/inactive ones?
How does one get the sliders, buttons, lights and knobs to work? The touch display is the only thing that works for me. Tried a Firmware Upgrade, Factory Resetting, and even installed the USB Driver on my PC.
I’m looking to step up my podcasting I do a lot of video using Restream but looking to do more audio. Can you record right to the mixer and then upload it? I’m looking between the dlz xs and rodecastor duo.
I have the Mackie DLZ and the Re20 mic but my mic keeps cutting out for a few seconds and comes back while I’m streaming and if I’m trying to record music it cuts out and doesn’t come back. Can someone help me fix this please
Ok can I use it like a multitrack machine, pluging in all 4 of my dj setups, dual rca to 1/4" ( mixer to dlz ) in other words can I run all 4 analog from the Rane 70, Rane 68, Rane 72 and Denon Prime 2 into the DLZ and Record ?

I got this unit for my Podcast here, but even though it's supposed to be very user-friendly, I got this also because I do a lot of live recording (guitar, piano, singing), so I liked the idea of working from my mixer instead of my computer screen. To me, the more hand-on the better, for my own creativity!

Can I record dry vocals in a daw??I want to use the reverb of the unit only as monitoring effect,,,is that possible??
