- Homecoming queen and top student Briana Donis always wanted to go to the University of Texas at Austin. She had just been accepted when she noticed how really tired she was all the time. And then the bleeding started.

Fighting aplastic anemia now. I still take promacta and acyclovir and cyclosporine. I had an intraveinous treatment for 4 days a year ago I cannot remember what it was called, attivan or something. I got a lot of blood and platelet transfusions but not since November of 2020. They talked about the bone marrow transplant and was laying the groundwork for it but my counts started to rebound. Now, almost all counts are in normal range except my red cells. They are still low but every lab shows minor increases. My Dr thinks a bone marrow transplant now is too dangerous. I guess due to my age (56). Anyways, I still fight. I suffer a lot of body aches. I have been placed on disability. It sucks but I don't let it get me down.

My brother is also suffering from aplastic anaemia and pnh positive and soon he gone through ATG but till yet we didnt got any match ..Please guide us .i m frim india
