This song... heard it for the first time Sunday May 1st. We're in the midst of a struggle that our son is dealing with... there were several other "Stressers" going on Sunday morning as I prepared to bring the message that morning.
When I heard that line, "Let my children tell their children, let this be their memory..." it just grabbed every part of me.
And I could see a hopeful day in a distant future when my son would tell his son about his dad and how he loved and trusted Jesus above all and how his dad pointed him to Jesus in the midst of a tough time.
mom sittin there like a boss all chill knowin her child is singing to Jesus with POWER cause she knows she did a GOOD job.
