My mom loved the Lord with all her heart and died early at 51. As a small child I would see her in the kitchen doing dishes and she would be singing this old song. My how I miss her tonight. Hug your living loved ones and tell them how much you love them because when the Lord takes them home it will change you forever. I am 65 now but I still remember her singing this like it was yesterday. May this song bring you hope and comfort!

My mother suffered a stroke and was in the hospital for a couple of days. Her speech was affected, but seemed to be stable. My father was by her bedside and she took a pen and wrote on the back of a tissue box, "Jesus paid it all, All to Him I owe, Sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow." She handed the box to my dad and died. Precious video.

I am SOOO sorry for your loss! I feel your pain. I lost my mom exactly 3 yrs. ago & not a day goes by that I don't cry becuz I miss her so much. The day she died, a part of me died with her. I pray God gives you His peace and strength to get through this. 🙏🙌☝

I'll share a secret with you: if you download the Bible app and ask God any question about anything in life - even if it's just what to wear - and ask it in the Name of Jesus and randomly open it to a book and chapter He will give you the answer through the Holy Spirit. He will show you how there is no other relationship between a man and a woman except marriage. At this age, focus on developing your gifts with the Holy Spirit. Maybe you have a gift of healing or singing.. you never know until you communicate with God and allow Him in ❤️🙌

This song hit me so deep in my soul and tugged at my heart in an indescribable way. Definitely felt the emotion so deeply it truly brought me to tears. This has to be the most beautiful heartfelt song about Jesus I've ever heard in all of 35 years of my life. Thank you for this! Nothing you could do- it doesn't matter how far we feel--- because nothing, Absolutely NOTHING can separate us from the love of our Maker. You may not realize it, but you are near, because he is near to you AND you just said you have always wanted that! Then ask, and it is yours my friend! Just that you already want him shows that you already have him. He does not withhold any of his goodness from those who walk in integrity/blamelessly. And you are very dear to Jesus, just as near and dear as this beautiful lady singing is. You are near to him, all you have to do is be with him to experience him. Those who call on the name of Christ will be saved. It's a fact, and a promise. :)

As a second responder I work up to 21 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Then on top of that the world is crumbling around us. Doesn't take long for darkness to settle in, like a long lost friend. For a few minutes each day I stop in and listen to music from UpperRoom. Miss Abbie, and Miss Cindy are the closest I can get to Jesus without actually standing in front of him. They have become my few minutes of peace each day. Not really sure they will truly understand what effect they have on people's hearts out here in the dark. I gave my life fully devoted to Christ in October of 2020, fast forward a year later in bible school.. countless of pastors, prophets, families, nations prayed for my mom to be healed from pneumonia in her lungs and she passed in October of 2021. I can say I am still in love with Jesus, he is still my everything through every trial, pain, tribulation and doubt of why..

The choice to make Jesus the source of your joy, your only joy will keep you, guarded, safe rooted, strengthened etc.
Through this experience I’ve experienced a great loss a woman of God, but I know she gained something unimaginable to human kind.

@Upperroom This had me in tears tonight. Upperroom, as well as my other fav "go to" worship, is the only thing that helps pretty much immediately with this struggle: I am realizing more and more that I have habitually suppressed a lot of difficult emotions throughout my life. I used to be entirely unaware of this, but am being made more aware. Listening, especially to Upperroom, always brings up every tear that it seems like my spirit has been waiting to cry for weeks, or months. Just pray for me, anyone reading this, because this has been such a pattern in my life that I know I can't get rid of on my own. Just gotta plant more flowers to drown out the weeds as some say. Haha
I've been through a few hard things, (not nearly as much as others I know personally, so I feel very, very fortunate), but things that still easily cause me to shut down and live in a state of fear/numbness. I absolutely know that this state is not what Jesus intends for me to live in. So I reject it, and accept His Spirit speaking to me so deeply tonight. I receive you, Lord. I receive you right now. Ohh, Abba, thank you. All i can say is thank you.

You saved me and filled me with your SPIRIT in a prison cell in 1991 at the age of 28 having spent from the age of 13 locked up every year in care homes, institutions and prison. I was lost in drug addiction and crime. You are continually healing me from childhood trauma, physical, verbal and sexual abuse. JESUS you have never ever left my side and even when I have made bad choices your faithfulness and love always draw me back in line. Since 1996 I have had the privilege of seeing many addicts and traumatised people find JESUS and have their lives changed through knowing a loving saviour. JESUS you are beautiful beyond description. I absolutely love you my Saviour, Lord and my forever best friend. Whoever reads this I hope you are Blessed and come to know the Goodness of JESUS…
