PDP, NC lock horns as Mehbooba Mufti decides to go solo in Lok Sabha election in Kashmir

Days after 'Maha Rally' in Delhi where NC and PDP chiefs shared the stage, the INDIA bloc faced a major blow in Kashmir ahead of Lok Sabha elections. Jammu & Kashmir National Conference Vice President and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti locked horns as Mehbooba Mufti announced candidates for all five Lok Sabha seats in Jammu and Kashmir.
Taking a jibe at PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti, JKNC Vice President Omar Abdullah said, “It’s not our fault if she has closed the door by fielding her own candidates on all five seats.”
