Thank you very much. I have watch all your videos. I did the CPC exam in June and failed by just a few points, I did it a second time 2 weeks ago and scored a 86%. Your backward approach helps alot although I didn't have many questions to use it for because most questions only has 1 answer each. Thanks again for your informative videos.!!

My brother got the staff infection and months went by but he only got worse. My families last wishes was to give my brother a vitamin C drip. The next day he was getting better and better. I think the vitamin C flushed out the infection.
Hi Gina. Thank you for sharing your story. I am glad that he finally recovered from the infection. I believe vitamin C plays an important role in our immune system so we should consume more vitamin C in our daily meals.

A pt comes into the hospital for an out patient knee surgery and insurance authorized. However, later that day pt developed sepsis due a high fever and now is an in pt. Pulmonary specialist is billing for 99291 with place of service 21, but insurance is denying for pt is approved short stay. I’m confused. Does this need a modifier?

Hi Judith. I didn't have a chance to read the comments and reply in the last two weeks. Make sure you have diagnosis codes to support 99291 which is sepsis with respiratory failure if it is documented. I hope it helps.
Hi, I have passed my cpc exam watching your videos been a great help. Its been one year I have tried hcc coding job and other positions in coding but finding really difficult in production and meet requirements to pass my assignments in job please let me know how I can do in work
Hi Kinnari. Meeting productivity at work is somewhat difficult for a new coder. It takes time to learn new procedures. I don't know exactly what you are coding daily so I can't give you a specific coding advice but in general, you should try to code the easy cases first and save those hard cases for last. This way, you don't get discourage by spending too much time early in the morning to tackle those tough cases. I hope it helps.

Yes, the questions of the CCS exam will include both ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and MS-DRG.
Both the msrdg will be on their I took it late July 2022 also questions on what diagnosis has more weight to it

Hello sir , i graduated from medical coding fresh next month i want to take AAPC exam but i don't know how to get prepare myself well for exam because i don't want to fail in exam and also i will pay fees for that iam so sad for this . I tried mock exam but in exam just at least 50 or 55 questions i solved correct and CPC exam 70 percent should correct . Please tell me easy tips for exam. Thanks
Dear, you need to practice then practice again then practice more until you get confident. There is no short cut. Take advantage of videos like this because they really help a lot.

Buy the aapc cpc book, I am studying from that now
Those practice exams are harder than exam and longer, The exam the sentence is short just pay attention to detail.
