I mean I’d think Jesper’s main occupation would in fact be reading assistant due to the fact that the Grisha verse we left off of-(rule of wolves) only really showed us that Jesper did just that compared to the other few.

I think most of the infos from the wiki is based on the book. When I watched it on the netflix. It's different
/mixed. For example: jespers other occupation. If you're an avid reader first, then you'd know since you read the ending of both books. But in the series, they didn't show scenes like how jesper and wylan lived together and that jesper reads him news because it's their ENDING from the book not on the show. The season 2 ended when the story plot starts from jurda purem(drug). The fact that jesper became a newspaper reader to wylan was after they solved the problem about the drugs. It hasn't even happened yet(netflix series(
