HF if running a deal on certain Hercules cordless tools. I got this rotary polisher $89.99 and 1/2" long shaft impact $159.99 for $99.00 with the deal 2 tools for $99. I even got 2 8Ah batteries for $99, so it was buy 1 get 1 free. Deal is still running, but I don't know for how much longer. I hope to get another 8Ah battery and 20V Brushless Cordless 1/4 in. Compact 3-Speed Impact Driver if they come back in stock before the deal ends.
CSI products are awesome! Tom is a Rockstar and the stuff he manufactures makes the finishing process super fast and easy. Not to mention, there are no ns fillers and oils, so wysiwyg when done. Have you not tried to do the whole process with just Ceram-X? You can literally cut and finish polish with 1 product and 2 or 3 pads. I just bought that polisher, so I'm anxious to knockout the cars as well as some paint projects laying around. Great video.
Would come in handy at the marina when polishing boats on the water not having to worry about cords falling in the river had a few incidents when this happened thank God nothing happened but after that I’m definitely going cordless
What size battery do you feel best balances the tool? Edit- and did you say you were using the 18650 platform batteries or the 21700 platform batteries?
Questions any one had any issues with this polisher. After changing out 2 polisher and 2 batteries. I still have an issue with the battery overheating and only lasting 5 minutes. 😢 please comment. Thank you.
Nothing wrong with Hercules. I'm happy with mine as a 40+ year technician

Same, grabbed a bunch of those really good 8 amp batteries for the $50 ea. Such a steal.

how does it compare to milwaukee, i have 5 that are getting tired
Went cordless a year ago with the flex rotary, cordless is were it’s at, may buy one of these as a backup is the machine smooth running
