What do ivy gourd and Indian cucumber taste like? I don’t think I’ve ever had them and am curious.
These veggies don't have a strong flavour of their own. They are consumed more for the health benefits rather than their taste. This is true of most cucumbers and gourds (except bitter gourd and pumpkins).
I helped my granny when I was in school by rotating... I even counted the rotations 1.5k circles, or littlemore or something.. To get it made that batter then, didn't remember the exact rice and lentils quantity..
It's just phenomenal, how much work our mother and grandmother do daily for family happiness. 🙏🙏🙏
