@antaviuswhitaker8787 not sure I would consider some of these counties in the metro area. Some of them are pretty rural and over 50 miles away from Atlanta.
How do you think the metro area is determined? I’m not trying to be a smart ass, I’m just curious what you think is the defining line for what counties are included and not included.

@AtlantaSuburbanLiving A metro area is the area that statistically benefits financially off the principal city. Based on jobs, commerce, entertainment, and logistics, etc.

I disagree. I lived in Gwinnett for 20 years it really is not a great place to live, and the education is not that great. I’ve also lived in Forsyth and now in Fulton in Sandy slings. I’d say Forsyth is much better. Marietta and Smyrna are fine in Cobb county, but Kennesaw and Woodstock up north there’s a lot of crime and is more run down.

Gotta disagree with you on Kennesaw and Woodstock. Those cities are solidly middle to upper middle class suburban with pretty low crime. Kennesaw in particular has the city ordinance that all residents are required to own a firearm. This is anecdotal but I've never heard of a home invasion happening in Kennesaw.

Claims Gwinnett is bad and then Kennesaw has crime when you pretty much took the words out of my mouth about the ordinance lol. The internet is full of trolls though, so you never know.
