A lovely quiet spot, yet just 1.5km from local shops & restaurants and 45 mins from the airport.
I understand that you may not want to share the price of a property. However, as an American who's considering retiring in France or Italy, the price of real estate in particular areas is very significant. Revealing the asking price saves everyone time.
I'm not even looking if realtor doesn't disclose price.
Look at local real estate agents who always make the price known in their advertisements. I have been living in France for years in various areas. If you have any questions, about climate and what is sensible yes or no I would be happy to spend some time on them.
