I loved this video. In my younger days I taught myself’Irish Lace’ and I made lots of different things… but my eye sight didn’t serve me as well as it used to do so I moved on to thicker hooks and cottons. I do a pretty wee Granny square that started out as an Irish lace pattern. I still do all my knitting, crocheting and various forms of sewing and love all those things. BUT…… through the ‘virtues’ of dear ol CZcams I have found a wealth of information from TALENTED YOUNG PEOPLE…. Like your self, I’ve learned LOADS of new things and I love it. I want you to know that, I for one, really appreciate your videos. I’m 76, heading towards 77 at a GREAT RATE….. too fast. So, my dear CZcamsr……

its kindof hard to see the captions unless i watch this on my laptop close up, could you maybe add a darker color shadow/highlight to make the text clearer? love this video! ❤

I really want to try micro crochet, but I just relearned how to crochet, in general, about a year ago. So I'm working my way down to thinner and thinner yarns. I'm excited to get to thread and make micro goodies.

Micro Crochet is so cool and I'd love to give it a go one day! I've only just gotten back into Crochet after always being a bit on and off with it and am making my first cardigan (always did amigurumi before) and am loving it!

Oooh, yay, good luck with your cardigan!! I LOVE making clothes, but I also don't do it very often. I'm hoping to make a granny square cardigan soon for winter here (although that's fast approaching and I haven't started 😅). Simsie is so good! Such good comfort videos for crocheting to haha - Snap and the 2 kittens are too cute! 🥹❤️

So adorable! Is that sewing thread or embroidery thread you are using?
Thank you! It’s a thicker sewing thread! It’s used for top stitching usually and is about the equivalent to a 40weight crochet thread 😊
How long does it take to crochet a pair of these earrings? :)
It generally takes me about an hour for the smaller ones and a bit over 2 hours for the long flower chains 😊
