Back Basin, Norris Geyser Basin, Yellowstone

The Norris Geyser Basin is one of the hottest, most acidic and most dynamic of the hydro-thermal areas in the Yellowstone Park. Norris is one of the most active earthquake areas in the park. Many of the hot springs and fumaroles have temperatures above the boiling point (200°F) here.
