Moscow attack: 'Terrorist' investigations underway after deadly shooting at Russian concert hall

- Four people suspected of carrying out a deadly attack on a concert hall in Moscow have been detained, including two following a car chase, a Russian lawmaker said on Saturday.
The two were caught in Russia’s Bryansk region, southwest of the capital, lawmaker Alexander Khinshtein said on Telegram.
Other suspects fled into a nearby forest on foot, he added.
“During the pursuit, shots were fired and the car overturned. One terrorist was detained on the spot, the rest fled into the forest. As a result of the search, a second suspect was found and detained at approximately 3:50 a.m. The search for the others continues,” the lawmaker said.
Mr Khinshtein said a pistol, a magazine for an assault rifle and passports from Tajikistan were found in the car.

I have a fair question:
Why did the Us and the UK launched this massive news campaign in which they're promoting the idea that the ISIS is responsible for the Moscow attacks? I tried to conceive that but it took me nowhere! I mean it's obvious that there's something wrong with their involvement in this matter ...

It's very obvious that as USA and Israel are doing genocide in Gaza, the world is getting aware of the atrocities committed against innocent civilians. The USA media already did propaganda about muslims and Islam, but due to social media people are learning the truth and turning against USA and Israel.
Since muslims were getting good image and Americans and the British people were supporting Palestinians, the USA was losing their image as the Civilians were carrying protests against them.
And hence after this attack, (maybe done by USA, UK and Israel itself), they wanted to eradicate the truth and empathy side gained by Palestinians aka mostly muslims and Palestinian Christians.
The USA and UK media immediately raised media propaganda to shift people's mindset to Isis manipulate them and say that muslims are wrong. Since the westerns associate Isis with Muslims which is not true.

Intelligence agencies have detained 11 people, including four terrorists, who were directly involved in an attack on the Crocus City Hall, Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said in a statement.
"The activities of intelligence and law enforcement agencies have resulted in the detention of 11 people, including four terrorists, who directly participated in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall," the statement reads.
Work is underway to identify terrorist accomplices and establish all the circumstances of the attack.
"It has already been established that the terrorist attack was carefully planned. The weapons that the terrorists used had been placed in a cache in advance," the FSB noted.

Sounds like Russian intelligence is terrible. They had reports from the CIA that they intercepted ISIS communications on a planned terrorist attack in Moscow.
