Ninja warriors' main characteristic is to have upper core strength & clearly she has muscles but they are lean & toned muscles as u can see at 0:30, not the weightlifting type of muscles. If u observe other ninja warrior clips, majority of them have her type of lean muscles bodybuild 😉

This matched with mortality rate data. So, small amounts of daily exercise is good. This includes housework. But too much sport reduces a person's lifespan. (For some years scientists have been working on preserving telomeres for extending life.)

A paediatrician at a childrens' hospital told me that the average age for the start of puberty in Gen Z girls is 8 years old- 14 years old. For Gen Z boys 9 years - 15 years. It gets younger with each generation. Body age does not match mental and emotional maturity. Many young girls are harassed repeatedly, by all aged males, when they are too young to fully understand, or deal with it. Many girls in grade school are on the pill now, to manage extremely painful and heavy cycles that prevent them from functioning, and being children. Some young girls are on puberty blockers to stop precocious puberty, such us under 8 years of age. Puberty was originally starting younger each generation due to better nutrition, but now it is probably due to hormones in meat, and other chemicals in food. The cause isn't fully understood.
