Summoning Eru is actually "sa among eru (iro) " in our bisaya language. It's something like a fragmented sentence that is almost always at the end of the complete bisaya sentence in itself, like "Paakon ka SA AMONG IRO (you'll be bitten by our dog)" or "gukuron ka SA AMONG IRO (you will be chased down by our dog)" so practically it's "by our dog" if you will plainly translate it to english. Needless to say there's a lot of people who took this song's lyrics a little too serious. Para lingaw raman tawn na ue, which is mostly the pure bisaya can relate. Daghan na dayun mga suheto mura rabag korek.

    Summoning eru.
"Summoning" word is not actually summoning. It is derived from "sa amo ning....", a bisaya (filipino dialect) phrase which means "it is our(s)", and "eru" or "iro" which means dog. To sum it up, Summoning eru means "it is our dog" or "this is our dog".
And the lyrics is actually pure bisaya language. They just make it sound like a japanese 😆😆😆😆

The song is about the singer's dog. He doesn't put it on a leash so his neighbors always complains about it. He's singing to warn everyone to beware of his dog because it barks and bites anyone. The dog stares daggers at the dude who is always high on drugs, drunk, or both and has a penchant for viciously attacking the arrogant chads. The only effective way to escape its pursuit is if you ride a Yamaha Mio scooter as your getaway vehicle.

Out of creativity and being anime fan, the band composed that parody funny song with anime style and tone. It turns out to be sounds like Japanese due to the anime style and tone but the language is Bisaya. We Bisaya are known to turn issues into parody and jokes.
