This is a very nice car. The best thing that I like about it is the interior light that lights up the dash board and the wide screen ... They have it down when it comes to safety. I wish Mercedes would put that wide screen in all their cars, mainly the CLS 550 and the S- class. To me that should be standard for that price point. Overall this car is a 10. The only thing I don’t care for is the “ ECO/ start and stop... I hate that feature. Makes the car feel like it’s just cutting off at a traffic light, can’t stand it...And my daughter said it feels like something has broken in the back seat she always says “ Mama what happened?” Normally, I just cut that feature off before I drive anywhere and it’s fine.
The Naked Argonian, the video does say, "least fatalities in the world" and I am not doubting the safety record. That statistic is not all that difficult to acquire with this car for other reasons, hardly anybody owns one. Living in OC Calif we are near some serious money and i do see these on the road but not all that can afford six figure $$$$$$ cars buy them. In 2017 the Ford Pinto and AMC Gremlin also had zero fatalities here. In fact those two cars didn't even have any accidents last year in So Cal. (I know there aren't any Pinto's or Gremlin's in running condition nearby, lol. But they still had a better record even at $100 values vs $100,000.00-200,000.00+) Just saying. Still this is a BAD ASS CAR and I wish I had one.
For the P3 you didn't explain many upgrades. I have the 2017 P3 with dual 12.3 and all of the assist and safety features you talked about as being updates for 2018 are what's on the 2017. The only thing that's different that you explained is the voice controlled ambient lighting. As far as the questions around the dual screens, no they are not standard. You have to order it and there are pre-requisites with ordering it. You must have the P3 package, Burmeister sound system and others. However, it's far worth it. The dual screen setup makes a huge difference in look and ease of following. At night it's unbelievable. Well worth the upgrade.

I’m looking to upgrade from my 2011 e350 to this e300 in a few months, I’m nervous about the 4 cylinder though, love the open pore wood option, do ya think it’s more favorable to a more mature person I’m 38 I like it over the regular grain
I have this model and it’s freakin powerful for a 2.0 turbo, it picks up trust me, test drive one you’ll love the shitting also very fast and smooth. Feels like a 6cyl and keeps up with all the v8s out there forsure. Not just this but I did my research and this online 4 is very reliable.

Rahul Sreekumar, don't listen to these smart ass people, the 2018 e class does NOT come with dual 12.3 inch screens as standard if you buy a 4 cylinder engine, if you choose a 6 cylinder engine it comes as standard.
All those are not new at all. My December 2017 e class has them! And instead of voice controlled ambient light it should be connected with the key used like a BMW from 2010... Same for the memory seats. This way all car users will be able to have the car personalized for them. Apart from the engine and the gearbox, the car is dissapointment compared to my old BMW F11.
Thank god that we can now speak to the ambient light system. I've been waiting for that for years man.
