If you need something to do with your pineapple, here is a video of a tasty pineapple pico de gallo that I used on some steak tacos. czcams.com/video/YDJrbLzEA-A/video.html
I’m liking this series - more like taking a class with you for some solid skill learning. Very well presented, professional, and most importantly: helpful. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Boss I will try and grill it, that was interesting about the eyes, I never paid attention to it like that I'm going to have to save a few slices for a ham haha ,again thank you sir
I don’t see how any was wasted minus making the spirals for presentation. However this was much better instruction on cutting it vs another video I saw just before this one. I just needed to know easier way to cut it up without a lot of waste or mess so it looks like I was doing it “right” after all. Thank you!
Well James I usually only do that pineapple once a year. I demo how to do it to my to start knife skills eacy year. to show my classes. So I know it is not perffect, but the technique is correct. But hey if you would llike jump on here and give us a example of how it is done. Thanks for watching and for the comment.
Totally wrong I do it reagularly. We teach it to our students for them to practice knife skills every year. Sorry ya did not like it but thanks for watching. maybe try another one. Here is a great brisket video. czcams.com/video/-ebh7suymfw/video.html

Hey Johnny, thanks for the demo. I just cut up one last night... I find my boning knife does a great job.
Thanks for watching. I bet that boning knife is not allot different from my utility knife.

Hi chef Johnny love pinapple great instruction love golden pineapple 😊
Easy to Cook at Home thanks for the comment.
Should you leave the core? Not sure how the core will be if you are grilling a pine apple.
The core is tough, even after grilling.
hey johnny , can you eat the core of the pineapple even if im not grilling it? can I make more things with the core like sauce or a marinade?
You will find it tough and fibrous. But I am sure you could use it for something that will be strained. there is plenty of flavor in it.
We had a casualty. Lol
Thanks for watching

Lot of haters here, this was useful. How long should I grill for?
Get that grill hot and go about 3 minutes on each side.
