I spent most of 1966 in Thailand (courtesy of my Uncle Sam) and we had Thai house girls (wives of Thai Army NCO's) that woke us up every morning to "you want pie apple"? I never realized how involved it was to cut a pineapple until I watched this lady - brought back many fond memories of the Thai people.
Just loved watching her cut the pineapples, very pleasant personality.
I’ve never seen someone so happy to cut pineapple. This video just made me so happy.

Yes i also heard that the way she pronounced it actually in thailand not manynof them know how to speak fluent english , but she is good already she can speak english , in the philippines thats the way also to cut the pineapple ..

Of what I can see on CZcams, this is the most useful video to cut pineapples... here the woman offers a variety of options to cut the fruit so that it is ready to eat. If you have seen the Delish video on the Delish website of pineapple cleaning, it is so poorly done that it actually leaves the hard eyes (basically the embedded part of the outside skin) intact in the finished fruit. This woman here, offers 4 options for a cleanly finished fruit. Enjoy...

I like saving all the scrap pineapple pieces to put in water and simmer out the juices...importance of a sharp knife...I love pineapple.
