I think washing up and taking the trash out in an apartment or holiday home is normal, even if there is a cleaning fee. Because that is not the normal kind of cleaning.
Hoovering and cleaning the bathroom should be included in the cleaning fee.
To take something extra for the wood can be fair, because in summer you maybe don't use it. If they charge the same price then or even more, because it is in the season, it might be fair to ask for the wood. But they should mention it before booking.

Good video, I feel like the donation of £5 for wood is fair coz if you don't use it, you don't pay it. The £10 cleaning fee seems a little cheeky if they want you to clean up anyways.

Yeah the cleaning fee really irked me lol. I left £2 for the wood in the end 🤣🤣🤣
