Will, overwatering is not letting the soil dry before watering again. Not just watering less because then the soil will still be wet, causing the roots to rot and the plant to die. The key is to give them lots of water then wait until the soil fully dries out then soak it again. The roots need oxygen as much as water and if they're always wet they wont absorb oxygen. Overwatering is the easiest and most common way to kill plants. Best of luck🤙🏻
Willy, this is good advice, you can also check yourself if the roots need water by digging with your fingers and bit and checking if the soil is dry or damp. if it's dry, give that shit a soak, but let it rest if it's still damp

Yes 🎉. You can never give a plant to much water. You can give water to frequently that's the issue. I can run 1000 gallons of water through a 50 gallon pot and it's fine if you let it dry. You have to let it dry. This is coming from somebody who has 15 years growing. 😊
The nutrients he added burned the roots is more likely they probably it is very hard to over water when things are planted in the ground

Blueberries like acidic soil. So, if you plant anymore amend the hole with peat moss and mulch with pine needles. That root cellar garden area is gonna look kickass
WILL DONT EVER GIVE UP ON YOUR PLANTS!!! Especially perennial (come back ever year) becuase they can be resilient especially just after planting they are focused on the roots more than the fruit.

With all your garden plants, if you ordered them online and they were shipped in boxes, they would need to be acclimated to your environment. They were in a dark box for days, and the intense sunlight, will burn the foliage. Next time condition them in shade for a couple days, and transition them into early morning sun and extend the time over time. That should help with acclimating the tender nursery raised plants.

You should have the drone camera follow you while you do things especially since Jesse is leaving and helping
plants that have less than 12 hrs of light will automatically start flowering. Usually until the 2nd or 3rd week of may in snow country or mountainous regions you don't want to plant. Id look into getting solar fans for your greenhouses. The temp in those can get well over 100 during the summer, which can kill all your plants. Your definitely killing it and should be extremely proud of all you've accomplished!!!
Yes for sure the greenhouses need ventilation and if they get too hot inside the plants won't do as good as they can.
You just need to open the walls up and let them breathe. Fans for sire but man solar fans aren't that great
@Jahseed27 I have a 12 volt panel hooked up to a car radiator fan and that thing moves a ton of air fan sourced from a junkyard for ten bucks and a old 75 watt solar panel for 30 bucks he doesn't need what I have but he can get something more his size for pretty cheap. Mine has been running for 6 years so far no battery not a single problem.
I have automatic window openers. No electicity. They work with temperature changing.

Will there is lots of solid info on gardening. Its a science. The over watering is a huge problem. You gotta learn about each plant and it's needs.

Regarding the plants that aren’t doing so well, they are probably in shock. It’s common for newly transplanted sets to look wilted, but once they acclimate they will snap out of it.
I’ve mentioned before that blueberries grow in acidic soil, whereas everything else planted grows in a base soil. Testing the soil’s pH is a good way to troubleshoot growing issues that may come up. It’s cheap to buy and easy to use.

Yukon Gold pptatoes store very well.
Tip- grow more than one variety of potatoes in case of disease or crop failure.
The larger potato the easier/longer to store them.
Your absolutley right about the Blueberries. Energy is going to roots. They will produce Im sure next year.
Transplant shock all plants go through.
So dont dig up the blueberries and toss them, even if they look dead.
They will very well make a comeback next spring.

You can google when is the best time to plant Plants/ Vegetables etc and it will also tell you how long they take to grow and how many Harvest you can get in one season. You might have to buy some natural Fertilizer ( bags from your local home improvement store ) to mix in with the dirt in all of your raised planters it may help alot. Love the videos

Yeah some compost would help as well. I just don't see that soil having the correct nutrients he needs to grow everything to flourish. Those plants need there vitamins.

Will.... When I planted strawberries from seedlings it took about to three years before they started to produce any proper berries. I mean they did produce but it took a few years . They will make a lot of baby plants which you can throw some dirt on top of and a new plant will grow. Just ne patient and use fertilizer and cover them during winter bc they come back every year. I have had mine almost 5 years now. ❤❤❤

You can plant potatoes right now and in 2 month you can start eating some (boil with dill) for the early ones, and you can harvest all year and save small ones in a bucket in a dark place for next years planting.

Just wanna say one more time Willy. Been a gardener since I was walkin basically. Berry bushes compete with other berrys for nutrients, planting them too close will kill them fast. Frost can kill your blueberry plants too

To keep your cabin even warmer you should check your cabin all you need to do is make chinking it's easy use some either mud and Moss or else clay and Moss and put it between the logs it will keep your cabin warmer

Potatoes need 120 days. You will have to check them for potato bugs. Dont let the eggs under the leaves hatch. It is best to give them space but give your towers a try. The green houses will need ventilation when it gets hot. Looking good. Stay safe
