2017 Audi S3 Facelift Standard Exhaust (Cold start, idle, revs, popping and banging)

- Quick video of my S3 after giving her a wash! Cold start and some light revs before idling for 10mins for a warm start and revs.
Looking at getting a remus cat back system after sorting out my suspension with HR springs and anti roll bars! So ill do a review of them once they are fitted and bedded in.
Just ordered the saloon version.
Do you need to be in dynamic to have the popping? I was checking for the remus catback but they didn't have the homologation for the facelif, even if it's the same catback as the old one. nice video btw :)
David Lugassy itll pops with the valves closed but they arent as loud! (No gun shot style ones like in this video)
I was talking to remus and milltek and they said its all to do with the new 310bhp map not the exhaust so it should make the popping better.... but i kinda want to wait to hear facelift cars with those systems on
Yup i see! My brother has the 8v non facelift with the remus catback. The sound is amazing! The bang while shiffting is really louder so i wouldn't be surprise that the popping while downshiffting would be amazing on your facelift! I have the remus catback on my car (golf gti). Really a good brand! Probably gonna check to change it for the s3 facelift in few months!
David Lugassy we get loud farts on upshift with the standard exhaust as it is!! (You can see it in my other video) so i cant wait to hear it with an aftermarket one 😈

Chris Fannan then it'll do it from stock 😊 this is it in sport mode but in normal mode you'll still get quieter pops high in the rev range 😬 my other video has a comparison
