This is factually wrong. Jamaicans cannot go visa free to CARIBBEAN country BVI but other countries such as Trinidad & Tobago allow you to visit ALL CARIBBEAN COUNTRIES without a visa. So no. However, ALL Caribbean countries DO need a visa to the USA just like Jamaica and most also need a visa to Canada just like Jamaica. In any case, it's true that many Caribbean countries have more visa free travel countries than Jamaica, but Jamaica can be just like them if it did what they do - offer offshore banking and sell its citizenship through investment.
