    Once Clemson pay 500 million they can go wherever. I don't think either conference wants either team. However , independent if you are that good. See how much money you can make off your value.

      I’ve thought a lot about the independent model. One concern would be how few other schools are currently independent, and if several ACC schools tried it at once the conference could try to sue and argue collusion. Very few could manage what ND does. Nice point to bring up, thanks for jumping in!

      You should probably read a bit into the cases themselves, it's looking like the gor may only apply to games in conference which would hugely diminish the payout cost
