29 years old here,from Boston Massachusetts. Due to stress and constant work pressure caused so many problems. One of them hair loss. I start taking finastride 1mg in the start of January 2020. No sexual issues at all. No stomach cramps or disturbance.but interestingly I can see my hairs are not falling out that much actually I felt my new hairs with less than 3 months are better looking and healthy... just a experience to share with you guys.

i can't comment on this as i have no knowledge how amla blocks DHT as there is no scientific research done. but finasteride does block DHT as per the scientific research and clinical trials.

DHT is one of the main causes of hair loss, but other factors are also associated with it such as Nutritional deficiencies like Vit. B12, Vit. D, Iron, Calcium. Also Hormonal imbalances like irregularity in thyroid hormone, Telogen effluvium, in case of extreme physical or mental stress for which you need to do some blood investigations, to determine if the hair loss is due to above causes. Doctor, i was prescribed dutasteride o.5 mg twice with 10 percent minoxidil once (18 years) daily for 2 months. Its been 15 days hairfall is reduced but i am suffering from side effects such as watery semen, low libido,lower energy, very slight pain sometimes in the epididymis region, and ejaculation problems.
