These requirements seem very arbitrary. What you need is good pulling strength, not x reps with pull-ups or x skill with completely different technique from the oac.

yeap that's a prerequisite, but there are enough people who are very lean that can potentially do a 1 rep pull up.
@@rvellorquez4378 I'd like to see you saying the same thing when you do 1 arm pull up at 90kg bodyweight , only the hardest working athletes can accomplish it at such weight

How much pull ups you can do till failure? I can do over 25 clean ones but I feel something wrong in my shoulder when I try to do one hand pull up
