- The world's #ocean covers more than 70 percent of the planet’s surface, and around 95 percent of the ocean is unexplored.
The deepest known point on our planet is the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench - 11,000 meters (36,200 feet).
We dive and find out some of the deepest places on earth, and make a #comparison along the way. This ocean depth comparison will give you a better understanding of how different deep waters are compared to each other.
