Not a surprise to see him showing up in here for this is his signature. Heck, I even got the recipe they use for making this lol. The sweet & sourly favour of pina contrasts nicely with the well marinated roasted pork. Plus some guacamole, red onions, coriander and the properly seared flour tortilla. Gonna head out for some.

I'm glad I don't have to choose a favorite between Tacos Al Pastor and Carne Asada, but I have to admit, I've never tried Tacos Al Pastor with guacamole (or put sugar on grilled pineapple). I don't know where you learned to make al pastor but I spent 22yrs traveling Mexico, Central America and northern South America and every time they used achiote in the marinade. It has been said that without it it's not al pastor.
Some people use achote for color only is no flavor. but if you use enough Dry Chiles you donât achote.

Just to clarify This and Shawarma the arabic food are not the same thing its based on it from arabic origins in mexico Puebla I think the meat was changed to pork and some of the spices are like mexican spices "imitating" the original ones and the tortilla of course is corn istead of the like flat bread used originally that and the arabic taco (in mexico) are both mexican Arabic recipes made a long time ago.
