If Madarame were smart, he would have his clones look the same so the Phantom Thieves couldn’t exploit their weaknesses easier. He didn’t even combine them to make a megazord.
Personally, I think they made this fight WAY better from the original. It was way too much rinse and repeat with the face paintings and it got kinda boring. I love what they did here.
Agreed, I always found his phase 2 pretty pointless in Vanilla 5 cause he literally did nothing but tickle you and have a bunch of HP for no reason and when he went back to painting mode he wasn't even at full power anymore so it was easy to go back to phase 2 and repeat the same boring cycle again. Here at least you do the stuff the game teaches you to do in fights, exploit weaknesses and batton pass, while still staying true to Madarame's faker gimmick. Much better designed overall, even if the damage boost from Merciless plays a lot more in your favor than it does to him (he can 1 shot you or come close to in paint mode thanks to the boost) here as a result lol

This is why I watch your content instead of watching other streamers. You use your mind when you fight. Other streamers would rely heavily on the DLC personas and even they would have a hard time, but you are such a smart gamer by using all the tools provided within the game mechanics. Let's be honest, not anyone can do the friggin wooloo solo run. Omega was able to pull it off because how well he adapts to any game mechanics and system. Whether it's a action game like Tales series, turn based like Persona series, Omega knows his stuff and I respect him greatly for that.
@@MakotoTowa Weaknesses are everything in every SMT and Persona game. If you know what elemental weaknesses your enemies have, you can use and even abuse that to your advantage.

You made that look so easy his first form feels a little luck based since he can EASILY one shot your party to death on merciless mode!!! his new second form feels much easier though and later on if you take too long his fakes will get a lot weaker and even easier to take out!!
Holy shit are these palace rulers as stupid and arrogant as they get. This guy not only blurted out everything, he goes as far as to bring the treasure when his decoy was already successful. I'd imagine the actual Madarame would lose his shit if he actually learned about his shadow.
